I pinch myself every morning that my job is to help amazing, caring, passionate wedding pros up-level their businesses! All of my past wedding, event, and resort manager experience comes together while I take on the back-end admin tasks, help talk strategy for that upcoming launch, and get a front-row seat to watching the passion pour back into my clients’ daily lives.
The thing is, it doesn’t have to be this way. You don’t have to be a pro at #AllTheThings while sacrificing your weekends or time off, being glued to your inbox, and never having time to start that next dreamy big idea. The business you love doesn't have to be this stressfull.
Imagine if instead you could take an unplugged vacation knowing your clients are being taken care of while you’re away? Or if you could hand over those daily mundane tasks so you can dream up the launch idea you’ve been sitting on that will finally take you to 6-figures?
But really I do this because I know what it’s like to be a burnt out event professional working every single weekend, loving what I do but never having time away to enjoy my personal life outside of work. I know what it’s like to promise my spouse that “next weekend will definitely be a no-work weekend” only for a new project to pop up that seems oh-so urgent. I know how hard it can be to trust a new team member with something you’ve poured your heart and soul into, will they take the same care and attention that you do?
It’s so rewarding seeing my clients’ shoulders relax an inch or two, the excitement back in their eyes, and the relief they feel once we get into a good working groove.
